18th Century Caraco
Tonight I started cutting out the toile for my 18th Century Caraco. I saw this beautiful dress first when on a visit to the V&A in London on the Sensibility 2009 Tour. I'm hoping to wear my version of this lovely gown to Colonel Williamsburg in March this year.
I've found a very similar fabric to use and will be sewing it as close as possible in the period manner.
