Alcuin joined me again and did really well considering the thread kept coming out of his needle. Those eye tests will come in handy on our return - he could not thread the needle at all.

Ribbon Trims of the 1860s
I loved the ribbon trims workshop this afternoon and wish I could do more! I'm definitely designing my next gown to make use of my new skills - this is fun :)
