Regency Neck Ruffs (part 2)

I've been working on a fuller neck ruff and tonight got to try it on. Its not completely finished, and still needs to be starched.

Hand stitched rolled hem

Its enormous!

I'll feel better when its lightly starched and gathered in evenly.
